Physical Therapy
The Bria method of physical therapy sees full and functional movement as the heart of what it means to be healthy. Physical therapy is concerned with identifying and maximizing movement potential, within the spheres of promotion, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. It involves the interaction between physical clients, families and care givers, in a process of assessing movement potential and in establishing agreed upon goals and objectives using knowledge and skills such as range of motion tests, postural assesments and manual therapy, unique to physical therapists.
Private Pilates
The Pilates method involves a series of integrated exercises geared to help you achieve optimal alignment and posture. Work is done on specialized equipment that adds resistance to your workout to increase muscle tone and bone density while enhancing coordination and flexibility.
Semi Privates Pilates
Semi private sessions allow the opportunity to work with one other person. We can match you with another client who has similar health goals, or you can invite a friend or partner to join you.
Group Reformer Pilates
Specialized Pilates work outs incorporating reformers, wall springs, mat and small equipment. Classes are limited to 6 students to maximize individual attention. All students must be fit, injury free and attend one private Pilates session or mat intro series prior to attending Group Reformer Pilates.
Personal Training
Each personal training session is individualized and regardless of someone's fitness level, clients achieve a higher level of health and strength. Personal training can focus on cardio-conditioning, muscle-conditioning, flexibility, nutrition or a combination of all of these; workouts with a trainer can happen within the studio or outdoors. Personal Training provides 10 times more results then working out alone at a gym. At Bria, clients receive regular education, support and guidance. Our trainers hold each individual accountable while providing safety, variety and effectiveness.
Integration benefits
It is easy to integrate Physical Therapy, Personal Training and Pilates at Bria because our instructors are cross trained in two or more fitness techniques. Clients’ individual health progress is shared between instructors in order to enhance overall fitness and safety in movement. This is unique to our studio and our flexible packages allow you to sample each discipline.
